This course identifies the project integration management processes and activities to identify, define, combine, unify and coordinate various processes and project management activities within your project. It will help you to successfully manage and coordinate trade-offs among competing objectives, making choices about resource allocation, manage stakeholder expectation, meeting requirements and reaching milestones.
This will explain different analytical techniques and difference between the project management plan and project documents.
