The march monthly meeting of PMI Mongolia Chapter was held in Topaz Hall of Blue Sky Hotel & Tower on 27th of March. Our guest speaker of the meeting was Ms. Amarbayasgalan, a Governance Specialist in the World Bank’s Governance Practice and the project manager of the “Mainstreaming Social Accountably in Mongolia” project.
She has been implementing this project with an aim to mainstream social accountability in health and education services in ten provinces and three districts of Mongolia. The project stands out for integrating multi-stakeholder collaborations, showing best initiatives, and strengthening public institutions by providing them with managing mechanism that gives out the best result.
The guest speaker highlighted that during the project process among all stakeholders, citizens especially offered many initiatives that can promote education quality, and she explained that service quality can be promoted rapidly providing that stakeholders collaboration be increased effectively.
She also mentioned that stakeholder analysis is very important because it works as a foundation for activity and collaboration plan and significantly affects both of them.
